The integrated coaching consultation entails addressing all aspects of a person’s and family’s life to help in achieving life’s purpose and goals.
What is the process for coaching consultations?
The online consultation and coaching process is simple and easy. You have the option to choose your clinician and service. Online appointment scheduling is available for your convenience. After which, documents will be emailed to you for completion along with a link. At your appointment time, you click on the link and you are ready to talk! Simple and convenient!
Who provides confidential coaching consultation?
Counselors possess a master's or doctorate degree in a mental health field, substance abuse field, or other specialty and are licensed or certified in a state, territory, or the District of Columbia to practice independently. However, Anew Health Solutions, PLLC advises that the client researches credentials of each practitioner prior to receiving services.
What is not addressed through confidential the coaching consultations?
Confidential coaching consultations are not intended to address issues such as active suicidal or homicidal thoughts, sexual assault, child abuse, domestic violence, alcohol and substance abuse, or mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety. A coaching consultation session is also not suitable for those who have been prescribed psychoactive medication or who are currently receiving therapy with another practitioner.
Who is eligible for online coaching consultations?
Confidential online coaching consultations are available at the specified rate. Clients will be screened for service eligibility and will refer to another provider for services if needed.
Can this service be trusted?
Our online coaching consultations are provided through a secure HIPPA-compliant site. The great benefit of our self-pay service is that there is no information shared with insurance companies, who often place that information permanently within a person’s healthcare information record. Information is not shared with anyone else without the client’s consent. The only exceptions to confidentiality are legal requirements to report child abuse, spousal abuse, elder abuse, threats of harm to self or others, and any present or future illegal activity.
How are online coaching consultations kept confidential when using the Internet to communicate?
Keeping conversations that take place during online consultations private is the responsibility of both parties. Anew Health Solutions, PLLC uses the most up-to-date technology available to securely transfer information over the Internet, but the confidentiality of your online conversations cannot be guaranteed, nor can the privacy of your location. Location privacy and keeping your email and passwords secure are your responsibility.
What do online coaching consultations look like?
Online coaching consultations take place using an internet web face time with clinicians. If there are technology issues, there are other ways to conduct a consultation, including telephone, telefax, or any other means.
How long is each online session, and when do the sessions take place?
Each online session varies in length. The sessions take place at the scheduled time requested by the client and confirmed through Anew Health Solutions, PLLC.
Are my sessions refundable?
Unless the practitioner did not show up for the services, all services provided on the site are nonrefundable, except for in cases of an emergency (death, hospital admission, accident). In case of emergency, the appointment will be rescheduled at your convenience and no further charges will incur.
What happens if I do not attend the appointment?
As stated, all services are nonrefundable. You as the client have 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment. If the appointment is not rescheduled within 24 hours, you will be charged full charge for the missed appointment. In case of emergency situations (death, hospital admission, accident, etc.) affecting you or household family member, you are able to reschedule at no charge. Three consecutive missed appointments will automatically terminate services with Anew Health Solutions, PLLC.
